We understand that each fan is unique, and we work hard to make your experience special. Tifoo uses technology to recommend Fanclubs, content, and interactions based on your preferences. Our goal is to help you discover and share the moments that matter most to you in the sports world.

We prioritize safety and inclusivity on our platform. To ensure a healthy experience for everyone, we provide community guidelines, moderation tools, and a support system to handle any issues related to harassment, abuse, or violations of our policies.

Global Access and Infrastructure
Our Product requires a robust infrastructure to serve users across the globe. By using Tifoo, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and stored in servers located in different countries.

Tifoo is designed with sports enthusiasts in mind. You can engage with your community, post memorable moments, comment on others' content, and follow the latest updates from your favorite teams, players, or sports events.

Your Responsibilities as a User
To maintain a safe and vibrant community, we require users to adhere to the following guidelines:

Eligibility Criteria
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tifoo.
You must not have had your account suspended or deactivated due to violations of our policies or legal restrictions.
You cannot use Tifoo if you are a registered sex offender.

What You Can and Cannot Do on Tifoo
We want Tifoo to be a fun and safe place for everyone, so we’ve put together some guidelines on what’s acceptable behavior and what isn’t. Here’s what you can and cannot do while using the platform:

What You Can Do:
Engage with Your Community: Join Fanclubs related to your favorite sports, share your experiences, and connect with fellow fans.
Post and Share Content: Feel free to post photos, videos, and comments related to the sports and teams you love. Share special moments, opinions, and support for your favorite players.
Follow and Interact: You can follow other users, comment on their posts, and interact with other fans to keep the conversation going.
Express Yourself: Be creative! Share what you love, celebrate your fandom, and engage in discussions that enrich the community.

What You Cannot Do:
Misrepresent Yourself: Don’t create fake accounts or impersonate others. Be truthful about who you are.
Engage in Illegal or Fraudulent Activity: You cannot use Tifoo for anything illegal or unauthorized, such as spreading fake information, committing fraud, or engaging in unlawful activities.
Harass, Threaten, or Harm Others: We want to foster a positive environment. Please be respectful of others and avoid posting content that is harmful, abusive, or threatening.
Violate Intellectual Property: Respect the rights of others. Don’t post content that violates someone else's copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
Impair the Platform’s Functionality: Do not engage in activities that could disrupt or damage the app’s proper operation, such as hacking, creating bots, or gaining unauthorized access to accounts or data.
Sell or Transfer Accounts: Your Tifoo account is personal to you, and you cannot sell, transfer, or share it with others. This includes usernames or any associated content.

Permissions You Provide to Us
By using Tifoo, you agree to the following permissions we need to offer you the best experience:
App Updates: You grant us permission to download and install updates to the Tifoo app on your device.
Profile Information: You allow us to use your username, profile picture, and other information related to your interactions on the platform, including following, commenting, and engaging with Fanclubs or posts.
Fanclub and Community Data: We may use your data to personalize your experience, recommend Fanclubs, and connect you with people who share similar interests.

Our Rights and Content Ownership
Trademarks and Content Ownership: Tifoo retains ownership over its logos, designs, trademarks, and other content protected by intellectual property rights. You are not authorized to use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Modifications to the Product: We may alter the Product or the terms of use at any time to improve functionality, add new features, or comply with legal requirements.
Account Name and Identifier: We have the right to change your username or other identifiers if they infringe upon someone’s intellectual property or are misleading.

Account Termination and Content Removal
If you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community, we reserve the right to remove your content or even suspend or delete your account.
Content Removal: We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
Account Termination: We can disable or terminate your account if you engage in behavior that creates risk or exposes us to legal liability. If you choose to close your account, consult our Privacy Policy for guidance.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a legal claim or dispute relating to these Terms, Moroccan law will apply, and the competent Moroccan courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
